Terms of Service
Effective date: September 25, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are between Mydas LLC ("Mydas") and the company that creates an account ("Customer"). People who sign in do so on their company's behalf.
2. The service
Mydas provides finance automation for promotional-products distributors using Syncore: invoice matching and cost approvals, a pay run, a ledger with parity checks, cash forecasting, QuickBooks Online sync and vendor intelligence. Modules are enabled per Customer. Service levels: Self-Managed, Assisted and Fully Managed, as described in the order.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customer owns its data and authorizes Mydas to connect to the systems it links (Syncore, its accounts-payable mailbox, QuickBooks Online, bank accounts). Customer keeps its credentials current, decides which of its people have access, and remains responsible for approving payments and for the accuracy of what it records in its books. Mydas prepares, matches and reconciles; it does not move money.
4. Acceptable use
Customer will not use the service to break the law, to access another customer's data, or to reverse-engineer the service.
5. Fees
Fees are set out in the order. Invoices are due within 30 days. Mydas may suspend the service for non-payment after notice.
6. Data
Mydas handles Customer data as described in the Privacy Policy at mydas.io/privacy, which forms part of these terms. On termination Customer may request an export; Mydas deletes Customer's database within 30 days after the request.
7. Term and termination
The agreement runs month to month unless the order says otherwise. Either party may end it with 30 days' written notice. Mydas may end it immediately for a material breach that is not cured within 15 days of notice.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". Mydas does not warrant that it is error-free, and Customer remains responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them. To the extent permitted by law, Mydas's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. General
Mississippi law governs; disputes go to the state or federal courts in Madison County, Mississippi. These terms plus the order are the entire agreement. Contact: legal@mydas.io.
